Your attention to the detail of the hair is much more pronounced (based upon the Fairy Tail picture that I looked at that you posted)in this picture, and it's quite the difference. A very nice one at that. The allusion of seeing more strands is always a nice thing to look at I feel like your coloring is blended more naturally as well; looks more refined. And the clothing in general doesn't look as flat, because you added some more crease lines and such to make the clothing look more believable. You could probably make the clothing look even better each time you practice natural folds. You may want to work on shading some more, like areas of the hair and the clothing for instance, but I've always been kind of a freak about shading anyway, so that could just be my obsessive side. All in all I'd say this is a lovely improvement. The details definitely make the picture pop more. And, as you know, practice makes perfect.
